But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness..." Galatians 5:22

The Spirit does not merely suppress the flesh; He produces Christlike fruit. Fruit grows from life, connection, time, and cultivation. You cannot fake spiritual fruit for long because pressure reveals the root. Love under offence, joy under pressure, peace in uncertainty, patience with people, kindness without reward, and self-control under temptation all reveal the Spirit's work. Today, do not only ask, "What must I stop?" Ask, "What fruit must I yield?" The Spirit wants to make the life of Christ visible through you.
