Obedient Humility

Verse

"...He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death..." Philippians 2:8

Teaching

Jesus did not only feel humble; He humbled Himself and became obedient. Biblical humility is not passive softness; it is active surrender to the Father. The cross reveals that obedience may cost deeply, but it also releases eternal victory. Many believers admire surrender until it requires action. Today, choose one concrete act of obedience. Apologise, forgive, serve, give, speak truth, or submit where God has been dealing with you. Humility is proven where self-will bows.

Quote

Humility becomes holy when it obeys.

Instruction

Identify one act of obedience that costs comfort, pride, or convenience. Do it today as worship to Christ.
