Remember Past Deliverance

Verse

"The LORD, who delivered me from the paw of the lion and... the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine." 1 Samuel 17:37

Teaching

David carried a history with God into a new battle. The lion and bear were not wasted struggles; they became evidence that the Lord had already trained and delivered him. Fear isolates the present challenge and makes it look unprecedented. Faith remembers. Testimonies are not trophies from yesterday but weapons for today. What God did before may not dictate the exact method He will use now, but it reveals His unchanging faithfulness. Before you ask whether you are strong enough, remember who has carried you through previous seasons.

Quote

"You shall not be afraid of them, but you shall remember well what the LORD your God did."
- Moses (Deuteronomy 7:18)

Instruction

List three past situations in which God helped, protected, provided, or strengthened you. Thank Him aloud and carry that memory into today's challenge.
